Privacy Notice
The information which you provide to us will at all times be governed by the terms of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("The Ordinance"). Please note the following:-

The personal data supplied by you will be used for the purposes of (i) providing you with such products as you may order through this Website ("Goods") ; (ii) maintaining our records relating to you and your Goods, in order that we may provide maintenance, guarantee and other services to you; (iii) sending you information relevant to your Goods and advertising and promotional materials; (iv) determining the amount of any indebtedness owed to or by you; (v) collecting any amounts outstanding from you; and/or (vi) any purposes relating to any of the foregoing.

Data held by us relating to you will be kept confidential, but we may from time to time provide such information to (i) any governmental or statutory authorities; (ii) our parent company or any other company forming part of Ignite Industrial Co., Ltd., and/or (iii) any other person under a duty of confidentiality to us.

Under and in accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, you have the right to (i) check whether we hold data about you and your right of access to such data; (ii) require us to correct any data relating to you which is inaccurate; (iii) ascertain our policies and practices in relation to data and to be informed of the kind of personal data held by us. In accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, we have a right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request. Nothing in this Clause shall limit the rights of any person under the Ordinance.

Most In stock items ship within 72 hours of placing your order. All packages are insured, and you will receive a tracking number via email the day that your package ships.

International Orders:
International order can only be shipped to the billing address listed with your credit card company. This address will be verified with your credit card company prior to the processing of your order.

If we are unable to verify your address, you will not be able to purchase using a credit card, but you can still complete your order by sending payment in the form of a bank wire. (Currently we cannot verify addresses for customers that live in the Pacific Rim or Denmark because of privacy laws.)

Packages are shipped using Global Express Mail (EMS). You will automatically receive an email when your order ships, all packages are insured and have delivery confirmation.

Sorry we do not ship using surface mail, as there is no guarantee on delivery times.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the addressee. This means that you may be charged additional import / brokerage fees by the customs department or the post office of your country and you are responsible for these charges. Please contact your local government office for more information.

Refused or returned packages will be processed as a return less the cost of delivery and return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the price of the merchandise.

Order Changes and Cancellations

In Stock Items:
Due to the speed at which orders are processed and shipped, it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.

All refused orders will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned merchandise less 15%. There is no refund on shipping.

Preorder items:
A preorder item is a product that a manufacturer has indicated will be made available some time in the near future.

Preorder items are usually shipped as a separate order from all other items that you have requested, and are shipped out to you automatically as they become available.

All requests for preorder items are treated as a separate order, and there will be an additional shipping charge for each preorder item that we ship to you.

Release dates for preorder items are subject to change without notice and we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the manufacturer.

Your credit card will not be charged for preorder items until just before the item ships, and you may cancel you order with out penalty up until the time it is processed and sent to our warehouse.

If you move, you must notify us, otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped out to you using the information we have on file.

All refused orders will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned merchandise less 15%. There is no refund on shipping.

Back Ordered item
A back ordered item is a product that is not currently in stock. Back Ordered Items are usually due to arrive at our warehouse usually within the next 2-3 weeks. If you order in stock and back ordered items, we will automatically ship to you the items that are currently in stock, and your back ordered items will be shipped separately as they arrive. Back Ordered items that are shipped separately will be treated as separate orders and you will receive separate invoice numbers and separate shipping charges for those items.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unopened within 30 days and we will refund you the purchase price of the product less a 15% restocking fee. There is no refund on shipping.

All returned items must be unopened, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. If these criteria are not met, no refund will be given.

Manufacturer Defect
If there is a manufacturer's defect with your product, then please contact us and we will have the manufacturer issue a replacement for you. If you have any questions, please please e-mil us at info@igniteco.com.
