Our client is seeking an experienced APS4 Executive Assistant to provide support to the Assistant Secretary of the Organisational Change, Culture & Co-Design Branch. The candidate is required immediately for an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Diary and mailbox management;
  • Travel bookings and itineraries;
  • Monitoring mailboxes and allocating tasks to relevant business areas;
  • Preparing meeting papers as well as coordinating responses to requests, briefs and ministerial correspondence as required; and
  • Ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Assistant Secretary to support other staff in the Branch/Division.
To be considered you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in booking executive and staff travel;
  • Experience in the use of record management tools such as PDMS and HP Content Manager (TRIM);
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships; and
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a small team.
