APS5 Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking an APS5 Executive Assistant to be responsible for providing professional administrative, secretarial and research services to assist the General Manager.
The role may evolve to include additional business area specific tasks depending on the direction of the line area over time.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Liaise with stakeholders on policy, project or operational issues responding to stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Management of emails and appointments, responding to changing priorities and timeframes
  • Provide professional and policy advice within an area of specialisation
  • Develop objectives and participate in strategic planning
  • Assist with maintaining risk management programs
  • Perform objective and systematic research and analysis to obtain accurate conclusions based on evidence
  • Preparation of briefing material
  • Schedule meetings and the preparation of reports and documents
  • Organise and support official meetings, travel arrangements and official functions
To be considered you must be an Australian Citizen with previous experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role.
