APS6 Project Officer

Our client is seeking a Fraud and Compliance Project Officer to provide guidance and support in relation to the management and escalation of compliance projects and issues and assist in the coordination of the various compliance related projects within the Branch.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Contribute to the development and management of project plans and schedules
  • Provide advice and project coordination expertise
  • Coordinate and contribute to project reports
  • Prepare draft written material including business cases, executive briefs and corporate documentation
  • Identify and assist with the management of project risks, design, testing and reporting
  • Monitor project budgets, review and report on expenditure and assist with procurement and contract management
  • Contribute to project quality management to ensure that project and program deliverables are fit for purpose and meet the outcome objectives
  • Develop and support stakeholder relationships to assist in project delivery
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure quality outcomes
To be considered you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • An understanding of project and programme management frameworks and policies
  • Experience working in the human services sector
  • An understanding or lived experience of disability
