Administration Officer - APS3

Our client is seeking an Administration Officer to provide a range of coordination and administrative support to the Client Services team.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage daily physical mail and assist with managing the group inbox
  • Log property maintenance jobs
  • Set up new travel profiles in SAP
  • Assist with new starter on boarding activities
  • Assist with managing Cab Charge and Stationery Orders and stock first aid kits
  • Keeper of templates and intranet information
  • Backfilling for staff on leave
To be considered, you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in an APS Corporate customer service role
  • Experienced in utilising and manipulating MS Excel Spreadsheets
  • Strong written communication skills, and an ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP financial and travel system
A current Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance will be highly regarded.
