Bid Coordinator

This is a brand-new role with one of Australia's leading commercial construction companies renowned for their fantastic designs and seamless delivery. They are looking for someone to come and join their Marketing and Bid Development team to help coordinate the entire bid process, from evaluating the initial enquiry to handing over the final bid.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Work as part of the Marketing and Bid Development team to provide support throughout the bid process life-cycle.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of all bids, tenders and EOI’s, including pre-qualification questionnaires and other tender documentation.
  • Post Tender presentations & documents for both internal and external use 
  • Coordinating with sales, estimating, marketing and with in-house designers, commercial and sales teams
  • Research, write, compile, edit and format tender content
  • Update and maintain tender/EOI presentations, templates and estimating knowledge banks.
About you
  • Must have 3+ years’ experience coordinating bids within the construction industry
  • Outside the box thinker with intuitive stand-out ideas
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, and prioritise work load
  • Knowledge of Project Management and Fit-Out methodology
Skills & experience  
  • 3 years Bid Coordinator experience within construction
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Professional and InDesign skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
