The Company

This large national FMCG organisation is an industry leader that is a widely known and recognised household brand name. It is an organisation that prides itself in being client centric with its sole purpose of providing goods and services for the larger public.


The Opportunity

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will assist and help drive a major brand reset for one of Australia’s largest food brands. Being truly customer obsessed, you will bring your experience launching and managing brands to deliver against the organization’s exciting business strategy.


Key Responsibilities

    • Help develop new brands to address customer needs and build the organisation’s brand loyalty
    • Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistent implementation across range, categories and business units to accelerate brand growth
    • Identify and integrate customer insights into brand development, working closely with customer insights and testing panels
    • Work cross functionally and project manage the execution of elements of the brand strategy within project timelines and budgets


About You

To be successful, you’ll have:

    • 5 years+ marketing experience gained in FMCG and demonstrated success in launching products and growing brands
    • Demonstrated experience leveraging consumer research and insights to unlock customer needs and inform strategy
    • Strong technical marketing skills including brand management
    • Excellent communication and influencing capability
