  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a brokerage
  • Outstanding product knowledge and technical skills
  • Tier 1/2 qualified, relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable
  • SME/Commercial experience & product knowledge a bonus
  • Passionate about furthering your career in the insurance career
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with stakeholders
