Business Analyst (Complaints) - APS4

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (Complaints) to provide support to help develop and maintain performance monitoring and reporting processes across the Branch. This will ensure compliance with key performance indicators and other performance measures.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • High level data analytics and reporting which will include interpreting data, analysing the results and using basic statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases and datasets on staff performance.
  • Coordinate and drive all site reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate and drive internal quality assurance processes including sample audit programs and reports on service delivery quality trend analysis, communities of practice and outcomes analysis.
  • Assisting with potential process improvements and analysing key data associated with process improvements.
To be considered you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience with SAS will be highly regarded.
