The Business Support Officer will provide general administration support to ensure workflow and administrative functions are managed efficiently. you will work collaboratively with the team to support participants by ensuring they are informed and can access information
  • Provide high level administrative support to the team
  • Be accountable for managing own workloads
  • Provide thorough information to internal & external stakeholders
  • Manage correspondence
  • Filing documentation in accordance with policies
  • Update and maintain records
  • Be accountable for managing own workloads and priorities
  • Advise participants in relations to their rights and obligations
Skills and Personal Attributes
  • Positive attitude to people with disabilities
  • Experience in supporting people with disabilities
  • Ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the team as well the participants and their carers
  • Adapt quickly to changing environments

Contract role starting Feb until June 2019 with possible 12 month extention
