Business Support Officer APS3

As a Business Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact, providing high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of telephone enquiries, reception duties and appointment processes.
You will also be responsible for a broad range of duties ranging from:
  • General administrative assistance to support day to day activities within the office.
  • Diary management, telephone enquiries and feedback.
Working collaboratively with the team, your duties will include
  • Manage and resolve a high volume of enquiries.
  • Provide technical assistance and recommendations to colleagues in relation to policy and procedures
  • Manage work priorities and performance using reporting tools
  • Provide thorough information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work under limited direction within a virtual team.
  • Management of email and appointments.
  • Undertake a range of data entry responsibilities.
  • Provide further ad hoc support where needed.
