Call Centre Manager

Ignite are working closely with a private organisation whose core function is outdoor retail.

This organisation are seeking a person to manage their Call Centre Team of 15 people. 

This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start. 

To have your application considered, you must have had experience with:
  • Managing a team in a call centre environment
  • Client engagement and relationship building
  • Managing customer escalations
  • Developing induction training processes
