Change Manager

Our client is seeking a Change Manager to help identify and analyse stakeholders that are likely to be impacted by change. This role will determine the scope and impacts of business change, including the development of formal business impact assessments. 

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Conduct and facilitate change planning sessions, document outcomes and recommendations;
  • Assess business readiness and facilitate business readiness
  • Provide change support through activities including; communications, training and development, leadership support, stakeholder engagement and transitions to business as usual
  • Experience in planning and conducting workplace or organisational change for service delivery in a large or complex organisation ;
  • Experience in facilitating change planning; including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis, change management planning and reporting;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with peers and teams
  • Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to work in complex, dynamic environments
