Client Service Officer - Call Centre

We are currently recruiting experienced candidates for contract based positions within multiple locations across NSW!

Selection Criteria:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience in high volume customer service – ideally Government
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Ability to deal with sensitive, complex and confidential matters
  • Non restricted work rights

  • Resolve enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
