Credit Service Account Officer

The Role & Opportunity

You will be working as a Credit Services Account Specialist within the ICT division of Major Telco client and will be responsible for the end to end management of the clients customer accounts for all lines of business.


 
 
Experience Required:
 
  • You will have previous experience in similar roles working in complex billing environments using major ERP systems.
  • You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to manage your time effectively, while also working with the other team members.
  • Following up on debt and resolving issues affecting the ability for customers to pay
  • Payment of outstanding debt and issues preventing payment resolved
  • Co-ordinating with internal departments and driving the dispute resolution process
  • 20 to 30 outbound calls daily
  • Billing dispute, claims and enquiries are resolved, and cross-functional and/or systemic issues are identified and resolved within agreed timelines
