Inbound Customer Service

Deceased Estates. 


  • 6 month contract with view to permanent
  • Rotating roster Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 8.15pm (no weekends)
  • Fulltime – Must be able to work all these hours across all days
  • Fulltime shift hours – 37.5 per week
  • Requirement to work some public holidays (National holidays exempt)
  • Location – Level 11, 357 Collins St Melbourne
  • No leave to be taken in first 6 months of employment
  • Must be able to start on 7th January 2019
  • Commencement dependent on successful completion of 2 reference checks
  • Commencement dependent on successful completion of Equifax background checks
  • Must be Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  • Training – 3 weeks classroom style then continuous as required
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (not necessarily contact centre)
  • Multi-channel contact capability (verbal and written capability)
  • Rate of pay is $29.09 per hour plus Super
