Customer Service Agent - Home Loans

A large financial institution based in the CBD requires a number of talented and dedicated customer service professionals to join their Home Loans Enquiry Team early in 2019. 

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing customers exceptional service, are fast learners with a can-do attitude and can demonstrate committment and resilience to the role. 

Key role information below:
  • 6 month contract with view to permanent
  • Rotating roster Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 8.15pm (no weekends)
  • Fulltime – Must be able to work all these hours across all days
  • Fulltime shift hours – 37.5 per week
  • Requirement to work some public holidays (National holidays exempt)
  • Location – Level 11, 357 Collins St Melbourne
  • No leave to be taken in first 6 months of employment
  • Must be able to start on 21 January 2019
  • Commencement dependent on successful completion of 2 reference checks
  • Commencement dependent on successful completion of Equifax background checks
  • Must be Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
