Customer Service Consultant

About the role
 
A front of house Customer Service role supporting customers and suppliers logging and managing incidents and service requests for a range of complex issues in a timely and supportive manner.
 
  • Log Incidents, Service Requests and escalations
  • Manage stakeholders, identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
  • Keep clients up to date with the incident process
  • Contribute and add value to the Customer Experience - Provide an exceptional service experience
  • Record customer satisfaction & use initiative to suggest process improvements
 
 
Skills & experience
 
  • Demonstrated Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem solving skills- must be technically minded
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Baseline Security clearance required
  • Service desk experience desirable
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications and networks
