We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Drafting Specialist to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in mechanical drafting, with proficiency in either Revit or Microstation.

This has led to an expansion of their building services division, and they now require a Draftsperson Specialist in the field of (Mechanical) to document engineering solutions and services for their major building assets.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed mechanical drawings and models using Revit or Microstation software
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on mechanical design issues
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in mechanical drafting
- Experience in or ability to use three-dimensional modelling platforms such as Microstation (3D), Revit, Navisworks, BIM or similar and laser scanning technologies such as Point Cloud
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
