EL 1 Assistant Director – Compliance Strategy and Support

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and draft policies and procedures
  • Lead the development and implementation of the above Provide advice and procedural guidance in areas of compliance and fraud related policy and design
  • Lead the preparation and development of policy documents for review and publication
  • Prepare and coordinate written material including business cases, reports, executive briefs and corporate documentation
  • Contribute to the Branch’s strategic planning and report management
  • Maintaining/building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the team to ensure collaborative strategies to deliver the above
Your background:
  • Experience in designing end to end compliance and enforcement standard operating models and associated reference material
  • Leadership experience essential
  • Experience working in the human services sector is an advantage
  • Australian citizenship is essential, baseline security clearance is desirable
