Excel Wizard WANTED! Administrator required - Immediate Start

The position is based in the Western Sydney area for a minimum 1-2 months with a possibility of extension. Working full time hours Monday – Friday it will be a standard 38 hour week. Own Transport Essential. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Updating and managing internal systems
  • Supporting a large team with various administrative task
  • Manipulation of master data in MS Excel
  • Record keeping and cleansing data
  • Participating in team meetings
  • Ad hoc administrative duties where and when required
In order for you to be successful you must have the following:
  • Intermediate-Advanced MS Office including Excel (Knowledge of vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and adapt quickly to change
  • High attention to detail
  • Process orientated and excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Common sense, confident and mature minded
  • Able to work autonomously as well as within a large team dynamic
  • Own transport a MUST
  • Proven previous experience working within a similar position
