Executive Receptionist - Professional Services


We are currently looking for a temporary corporate Receptionist for our first class fortune 500 client located in CBD
The role will be for 6 months initially but could extend longer 
 
About the Role
Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction
Welcoming VIP visitors
Preparing meeting rooms
Setting up AV equipment for meetings
Organizing refreshments and lunches
 
About you
A highly professional demeanor
Immaculate personal presentation
Well-spoken with outstanding communication skills
Demonstrate high standards in all aspects 
Intermediate MS Office skills
ideally have 3-5 years experience in professional services or blue chip organisations
