About the role

This organisation is looking for a proactive, friendly and polished reception professional to be on their books as an ad-hoc, casual receptionist (i.e. there is no regular roster, you will be requested to fill in for current receptionists as the need arises). You will be tasked with general admin / reception tasks such as: greeting clients, booking multiple meeting rooms and receiving and making phone calls (and any other tasks around the office as needed).  
 
  • General Admin Duties
  • Be on top of managing multiple booking rooms
  • Handle multitasking with poise and calm
  • Be the face of a global industry leader!   
 
Skills & experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a receptionist in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills, especially an excellent phone manner.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Ability to maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Due to extensive security checks, Australian Citizens only please.
