Facilities Coordinator

Working with one of Australia’s leading financial institutes you will receive training and guidance from some of the most experienced and finest facilities managers that will truly put you on the right path for your career. As part of this fast-paced team you will be liaising with external branches that require facilities assistance. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all requests and escalations are completed and documented with in the designated deadline.
You will be:
  • Liaising with banking branches and creating job tickets
  • Contacting the appropriate contract partners assist with repairs
  • Managing and tracking progress of tickets to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
  • Document all jobs and actions taken into internal data base
  • General ad hoc duties
You will need:
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within Facilities Management
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Strong administration skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude
