Fraud and Compliance Quality Officer - APS6

Our client is seeking a Fraud and Compliance Quality Officer to be responsible for high level quality and performance monitoring activities to support day to day operations of the Branch. The role will contribute to the implementation and ongoing quality assessment of the Branch’s projects and objectives.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Support the gathering, documenting, testing and analysis of data to assist in providing recommendations for quality improvements related to fraud and compliance matters.
  • Ensure analysis of quality performance is based upon evidence and best practice guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies, processes and escalation models.
  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of written material including business cases and corporate documentation
  • Contribute to strategic planning, work planning and management reporting for the Branch
  • Identify and encourage improvements to processes and work activities within a team environment
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure quality outcomes

  • Strong and adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to engage in negotiation if dealing with external providers
  • Competency with IT systems
