Government Client Services & Housing Officers Needed!!!

We are currently recruiting Contact Centre & Customer Service candidates for contract based positions within the government in the Liverpool area!

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering high volume inbound/outbound calls
  • Receiving and responding to emails
  • Maintaining a general enquiry inbox
  • Database management
  • Data entry
  • Completing Customer Surveys
  • Administration
  • High level customer service
  • Completing new client assessments
  • Quality checks
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Selection Criteria:
  • Previous corporate Administration, Contact Centre or Customer Service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Intermediate Outlook, Word and Excel skills
  • Confident over the phone
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Ability to deal with sensitive, complex and confidential matters
  • Non restricted work rights
  • Mandatory police check once shortlisted

What's on Offer
  • $27.55 - $29.00 per hour + super
  • Working hours: 8am - 6pm
  • Contract based work (contract lengths vary based on position type)
