ICT Support Officer

My client is a leading government agency seeking to hire an ICT Support Officer to provide high quality to their Sydney office for an initial 6 months.

The successful applicant will perform a wide range of business and administration duties to meet user needs. You will also deal with a number of internal and external stakeholders to support the Sydney and Camberra offices.

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Experience in asset management and record keeping.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Office 365 and Azure administration experience
Nice-to-have skills and experience:
  • Understanding of multiple operating systems utilised across the agency including iOS, Android, Mac OSX and Windows 10 .
  • G-suite administration experience
  • Zendesk administration experience
  • Experience with project management and service desk tools
  • Experience in business analysis.
