About the role
We are looking for an IT Services Officer with atleast level 2 IT Desktop Support experience, for a 6 weeks contract with high possibility of converting to permenent role.
Responsibilities:
- North Sydney location

About the role
We are looking for an IT Services Officer with atleast level 2 IT Desktop Support experience, for a 6 weeks contract with high possibility of converting to permenent role.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to end-users
- Installing, configuring and maintaining IT systems and setting up new hardware and software, updating existing systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining audio-visual equipment
- Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures: You will help develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of the organization's IT systems and data.
- Providing user training
- Maintaining documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- 4+ years of experience in IT/AV support roles
- Knowledge on Service-Now Ticketing System
- Desktop Support(Windows and Mac)
- MS Office 365 Support
- Class and meeting room support
- Crestron audio visual support(Optional)
