Internal IT Recruitment Consultant

Our a client a leading Global IT firm, are adding to their current Recruitment Team of 3.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an Internal IT Recruitment consultant with 2-3 years experience who is ready for the next step in their career.  The role will include extensive training and a lot of support from in a close team environment.
Primary purpose of the role

Deliver contemporary client focused talent resourcing solutions and services to assist with the development of best practice talent policies, programs, tools, and governance.

Key accountabilities
  • Responsible for the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment for offshore and on-site recruitment
  • Identify, design and develop talent resourcing services including candidate attraction, selection,
    assessment and pipeline management to deliver contemporary talent and resourcing initiatives and solutions
  • Source candidates through networking, cold calling, head hunting, internet searches and research
  • Advise, as subject matter expert, on quality recruitment, attraction and talent resourcing methodologies that respond to business requirements
  • Coach and develop key stakeholders to apply a standard approach to talent resourcing and identify opportunities for improvements to deliver a consistent quality workforce to meet business current and future talent needs
  • Scheduled interviews, follow-ups, calls, interview co-ordination, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key business stakeholders through consultation and
    collaboration, responsive advice and service ensure recruitment, attraction and talent resourcing
    programs are integrated into business as usual programs
