My client is a higher education provider located in Sydney, they are looking for someone to join thier learning services team for 4 days per week.
The role plays an integral part in supporting the students and staff. You will be the first point of call for learning portal queries.
For this role you must have;
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with HTML coding
- Previous experience in a higher education setting
- Experience with Blackboard is highly desireable
