Contract Role in Melbourne
We are looking for experienced O365 Admin techs based in Melbourne for an immediate start on a contract role to work for one of our well reputed client.

- Troubleshooting issues in relation to a SaaS based product integrated with Office 365 and built upon Azure based Infrastructure.
- Ownership of Level 3 Support tickets
- Liaising with clients and internal teams on status, updates and deployments
- Creating and updating internal knowledge base articles
- Identifying opportunities to increase client satisfaction
- Strong Experience working on Office 365 tools Specially Skype for Business and SharePoint
- Experience administrating and working with Microsoft SharePoint Online or other Office 365 services
- Deep understanding of troubleshooting web based applications hosted on the Microsoft stack
- Working knowledge of cloud based infrastructure
- PowerShell experience is must
- Understanding of supporting technologies including Azure
- Worked on Service now Tool
