  • First point of contact for all queries
  • Support the solicitors with administration and organisation
  • Minute taking and transcribing
  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Tracking of billable hours for the solicitors, this is extremely important to get correct
  • Monitoring and maintaining staff amenities and common areas
  • Other ad-hoc duties such as scanning, filing and dictation
Skills & experience
  • Superior organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
  • A strong interest in the legal sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong MS office skills
