Organisational Change Management Consultant

Our client is seeking a Change Consultant/ Change Analyst. This is a permanent opportunity.
If you have between 1-5 years’ exeprience is Change, we are looking for you!

The role will encompass:  
  • Developing change management strategies and plans
  • Planning, developing and delivering all change management activities
  • Developing business readiness approaches/plans
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating business transition activities
To be assessed suitable for this role you will need to meet the following requirements: 
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Change Management experience
  • Experience working successfully with senior stakeholders
  • Must be able to travel, as project work is conducted on client premises
  • Experience with Public Service organisations at a local, state or federal government level is highly desirable
Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance is mandatory for this role (must be an Australian Citizen) and current Baseline security clearance would be highly advantageous.
