Organisational Change Manager

Our client, a Federal Government Department are looking for an Organisational Change Manager to develop, deliver and manage their digital, information and communication solutions and services. You will be accountable for working with project leads to integrate change management across the organisation and ensure the change process aligns with strategic objectives of the business.

  • Design and delivery of sustainable change management models, including strategy, approach and deliverables that align with the organisation.
  • Establish and manage adherence to change governance and risk frameworks
  • Support change management capability uplift, raising business readiness and change maturity within the organisation
  • Facilitate communication and engagement across all internal stakeholders impacted by the change program, ensuring alignment with internal processes.

  • 5+ years of experience in Organisational Change Management on large scale projects covering IT transformation.
  • Experience delivering Change initiatives within Federal Government.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience leading and facilitating stakeholder groups comprising all levels of the organisational hierarchy.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Previous experience in delivering Agile ways of working will be an advantage.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Design, Organisational Development, Communications, Change Management or applicable industry certifications is desirable
