Partner Performance Relationships Officer

Ignite is seeking a Partner Performance Relationships Officer for Brisbane to support and assist our client - a major National Government Department and Scheme which partners in the Task-Force delivery of high performing, high integrity, trusted national project dealings.

The Partner Performance and Relationships Officer will be responsible for supporting the Account Management of aligned partners, by supporting Senior Partner Relationships Officer/s, the Assistant Director and the Director Partner Performance & Relationships in the relevant District/s of the state.

Within this role, you will assist in supporting Partners in the Community (PITC) delivering Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) and/or Local Area Coordination (LAC) services inclusive of Information, Linkages and Capacity building (ILC) functions.

Additionally, you will possess sound relationship management and engagement experience, strong negotiation and liaison skills and superior communications, as well as administrative and organisational skills in a human service delivery context.  

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Partner Performance & Relationships Branch and other internal stakeholders in business units across the Agency
  • Develop effective working relationships to drive performance and quality outcomes from PITC
  • Monitor and report on the performance of PITC, including Partner KPIs and where required, reviewing performance management reports and identifying trends and concerns with Partner performance and quality in consultation with the LAC & ECS Contracts management Branch and ECS Branch for ECEI services
  • Identify and actively notify the Senior Officer/AD Partner Performance & Relationships of any issues and risks to implementing corrective actions in consultation with relevant Participant & Planning Experience Division staff and Partner in the Community teams; where escalation is required
  • Organise and respond to complaints and quality assurance issues about PITC and facilitate Partner complaints processing according to established Agency complaints and compliance
 

Must have:

  • Competency, or ability to quickly develop competency, in consistently applying assessment tools/work instructions/Standard Operating Procedures to identify support needs
  • Capability with IT systems including records management systems and the MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to deliver outcomes
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to analyse information and make decisions within defined parameters
 

Desirable:

  • It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience with disability
  • Relevant qualifications in human services, allied health, disability and/or demonstrated experience
