Performance Management and Code of Conduct Advisor

Our client, a high-profile department is seeking a Performance, Conduct and Workplace Relations Advisor to provide effective, best practice advice with sensitive and complex people management matters which include but are not limited to workplace relations, code of conduct, undertaking investigations, performance management and redundancy matters.
Initial 6 months non-ongoing with extension, free parking and access to gym and other facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice to business areas to resolve people management issues
  • Record and report sensitive people management issues
  • Identify key areas for process improvement
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholder in relation to employment matters

Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a similar workplace relation, code of conduct and performance management role
  • Exceptional communication skills with a client focus
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Qualification in Government (Investigations) or relevant qualifications in human resource management are highly desirable
