Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to take over from the Project Manager in the final stages of a national project.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage the project schedule
  • Compile highlight reports
  • Status reporting
  • Project plan monitoring
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Verify invoices against delivered services
To be considered you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated experience providing highly organised coordination, governance and/or administrative support
  • Strong liaison and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve results, to organise priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to analyse information, with an excellent attention to detail
  • Well-developed computer and telephony skills
  • A strong client focus and commitment to providing effective services and professional advice to clients.
A minimum Baseline clearance is highly regarded.
