Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator you will be working closely with the PMO to help deliver the processes.
Your responsibilities
  • Coordinate project governance and delivery admin tasks under the direction of the PMO or Portfolio Director
  • Delivery of agreed Project Work Packages to the agreed time frame, cost and agreed quality, if required
  • Assist with creating/updating Project Documentation (e.g. PMP, Implementation Plans etc.).
  • Work with multiple independent teams to achieve cohesive outcomes - Project administration, producing minutes, preparing reports & presentations, and providing management information
  • Record and track SoW preparation against KPI reporting parameters.
  • Maintaining and producing accurate PMO data on projects
  • Working closely with other members of the project services organisation
Your skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator within a corporate/blue-chip environment
  • Previous experience of working in an ICT PMO or project services unit
  • Ability to work under direction from a Senior Project Manager
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple teams and on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 2001/2010 plus Project, Visio and Power Point
  • Ideally studying for PRINCE2 or equivalent
