Quality Manager

Ignite is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to implement at a regional level the quality initiatives as determined by a National Government Organisation and framework. The Quality Manager will be tasked with the role of supporting day to day operations in an expanding network whilst maintaining a high-level of quality and performance.


Your responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track performance, and identify areas for improvement by ensuring a customer focused approach to continuous service development and improvement
  • Undertake internal quality assurance processes, including sample audit programs and reports on service delivery quality trend analysis and outcomes analysis
  • Analyse regional performance against Key Performance Indicators and detect improvements for procedural changes as required
  • Manipulate, present and analyse data to contribute to the development of reports
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to teams to ensure quality outcomes
  • Undertake research and prepare associated reports and communication
 
Must have:

  • Mentor and leadership experience within a team
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
