Records Officer

Our client, located towards the outer north west of Sydney is seeking an experienced records officer to join their team to assist with a scanning project.

Working as part of team providing professional, proactive and quality customer service, you will be accountable for providing accurate and quality scanning and registration of corporate correspondence into the organistion's ECM.

It is essential you have:

  • Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems. (ECM)
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive focused approach 
  • Flexible approach to work requirements
  • Experience working with confidential information

Knowledge of Local Government record keeping will be highly regarded.
