Recruitment Officer - APS5

Ignite are working with a large federal government department who are seeking a Recruitment Officer who will have the opportunity to organise your own workflow and manage recruitment objectives. You could also coach a small team and review the quality of work. Initial 12 months contract with possibility for extensions. Location - Geelong
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing resources responsible for HR projects or recruitment tasks
  • Resolve complex workforce and HR issues
  • Recommend and provide solutions to deliver quality outcomes
  • Assist with operational HR planning and HR project management
