The Role

As a Recruitment Outsourcing Consultant, you will be responsible for discrete projects, or the management of large recruitment processes, including working with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Some key accountabilities include:
  • Design the assessment methodology, selection of appropriate assessment tools and design assessment activities (e.g. interview questions, group exercises etc)
  • Manage the recruitment and assessment process including (but not limited to) shortlisting, testing, screening interviews, assessment centres, and reference checks
  • Ensure the quality of candidate care, administrative support and project coordination of projects and services delivered to clients
  • Engaging frequently with external resources to ensure key activities are actioned and milestones met
  • Manage the project plan and timeline, using relevant tools
  • In conjunction with the Client Engagement Manager, manage the project budget
  • Attend project meetings and engage proactively with key project stakeholders on a regular basis to report on project statuses and outcomes
 About You
  • Proven recruitment and/or human resources experience
  • E-recruit experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects of a moderate size and scale
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client human resource and recruitment problems and issues and develop appropriate solutions
  • Ability to identify new business and work as a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Highly pro-active and self-motivated to achieve results
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong problem-solving skills
