Recruitment Specialist

Our client is one of the world leading IT companies, is currently looking for a switched on Recruitment Specialist to join their team in the CBD.
 
The Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team is a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The team provides end-to-end recruitment services and global staffing delivery for regional and global organizations, including Fortune 500 companies.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companies
  • Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters
  • Manages projects including; email marketing, competitor organizational chart mapping, mapping professional and alumni associations, social media, cold calling, and social activities
  • Assessing need, organizing, and running information career webinars and campaigns
  • Determines advertising venues
  • Works within a budget
  • Consults on time line expectations
  • Consults on job description
  • Performs queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates
  • Sources, screens, and submits candidates to the Client focal as assigned
  • Keeps Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
 
Required:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in functional, best practices, recruitment in Banking and Finance industry
  • At least 1 year RPO experience.
  • At least 1 year experience in risk and compliance management
  • At least Bachelor’s degree holder / College graduate
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in an ATS (preferably Workday)
