Sales & Marketing all-rounder

Our client is a young and vibrant construction company offering tailored management solutions to commercial property owners and developers. 
Over the last few years they made their selves a name working with developers within the childcare industry.
They are now currently looking for a Sales Business Development to boost company revenues and continue growing the business

About the role
Directly assisting the general manager, the primary purpose of this position will be to generate as many leads as possible from an existing database.
The first 3 months you will become an expert of your market, understand the company’s expertise and what kind of projects would be most suitable.
You will be fully trained, and all resources will be provided to insure you will be successful.

A non-exhaustive list of duties will be as follow:
  • Assisting development of pitches & tenders, capability statements
  • Checking new leads that have arrived and adding them to the database
  • Following up with new leads
  • Set up sales strategy with the general manager
  • Put in place track record tools
  • Implementing plans for major clients

About You
  • Construction or similar background will give you an advantage
  • Impeccable phone manner, excellent communication skills
  • This opportunity is particularly suitable for a bubbly, outgoing character
  • Great analytical skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced computer skills
  • Able to work independently and autonomously

What’s in it for you?

  • Salaray package commensurate with experience: $60,000 to $70,000 plus super + commissions
  • OTE $120K+
  • Extremely generous commissions structure offered
