Our client is in the Early Learning industry of childcare and pre-school with head offices based in Leichhardt.
Its unique approach of children learning has rapidly induced thousands of parents over the last 20 years, leading the firm to develop its activities all around the globe.

Duties & Responsibilities

This is a highly critical position, perfectly designed for a sound Sales Director professional who’s ability to understand the market and trends will lead the organisation to a rapid economic growth

  • Set and develop the Sales strategies to implement across all sites
  • Overview execution and implementation of sales activities in collaboration with other departments
  • Responsible for overal sales budgets
  • Implement a set a tools aiming at reviewing and monitoring sales performance, financial targets and objectives
  • Develop the corporate partners database
  • Actively monitor overall customers’ satisfaction and set performance goals accordingly

Requirements to be successful
  • Degree A minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2C (Business to Consumers) Sales is mandatory to be considered for this position
  • Previous experience in childcare, early learning, early childhood sector is mandatory
  • Excellent business acumen and decision-making skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and dynamic leader
