We are currently recruiting Administration, Receptionist and Personal Assistant candidates for contract based positions within multiple government sectors within the West Sydney Region!

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • High level Administration
  • Office Support
  • Receiving and responding to emails
  • Answering high volume calls
  • Database management
  • Data entry
  • Resolution handling
  • Finance record management
  • Event coordination
  • Travel bookings
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Selection Criteria:
  • Previous corporate Administration, Personal assistant or Reception experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills
  • High intermediate Word and Excel skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Non restricted work rights
  • Manditory police check once shortlisted
