Service Designer

I'm working with a large Federal Government department to find a Service Designer.

This is an initial 6 months + 6 month extension option - There will also be likely extensions beyond this.

You will be required to:
  • Understand & leverage Human-Centred Design principles.
  • Conduct customer research.
  • Support the development of a redesigned service proposition.
  • Contribute to the prototyping of new solutions.
  • Coordinate and conduct user testing of prototypes with end users.
  • Refine the product/services based on research and feedback.

You will have the following background:
  • Extensive experience as a Service Designer with a strong focus on Human Centred Design principles.
  • Experience in leading and designing new customer experiences using customer centred design activities including customer research, problem solving, journey mapping, ideation and prototyping.
  • Experience in designing and leading qualitative research, participant recruitment, interviews and synthesis of findings.
  • Experience in service design across various systems and technology solutions.
  • Highly experienced with omni-channels not just digital channels.
