Service Desk Analyst

Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for an initial contract until June 2019 with a possible extension option up to 12 months.

Citizenship requirements: Australian citizens with NV1 clearance.

Location: Canberra

You will have:
  • Experience working in a help-desk environment or similar.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Server products and Active Directory.
  • Experience in supporting Windows Operating Systems & Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Windows 10.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
