Training & Change Officer

As a Training & Change Officer your responsibility will be to develop and manage eDRMS solution training and change, identify areas of concern/opportunities of improvement, engage stakeholders, project communications, provide support in the utilization of the eRDMS software to ensure operational takeup, improved usability, security and sustainability.
To be successful in the role, you will have
  • Demonstrated experience with training record keeping practices and tools
  • Demonstrated experience in preparation of record keeping / TRIM training material; functional and business orientated
  • Demonstrated experience with assessing what business impacts resulting from a software deployment project.
  • Understanding of record keeping legislation and standards
  • Experience with training Micro Focus Content Manager (TRIM) highly regarded
  • An enthusiastic individual with a sound working knowledge and understanding of a broad range of communications activities and channels, including web content management, publications (design, writing and project management), digital marketing, and social media
  • Ability building effective stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, develop and implement creative and effective communication and engagement strategies
