WHS Contractor Management

This role is to create and implement an online Contract Management, Online Induction and Visitor/Contract sign in system called Work Metrics.

The person will need to:

  • Set up the back end of the system with company logos and information
  • Create Induction content (WHS, HR and general induction info for Contractors, Staff and Visitors), in conjunction with the relevant managers and online resources
  • Input all contractor info and check information coming back
  • Run training session with managers, staff and 3rd party contracts on new system
  • Advise on management of the new system and set up of regular emails, time frames etc.
  • Set up new LMS system (also on Work Metrics)
  • Create training modules based on policies, procedures or sessions such as Manual handling
  • Review and amend prep-programmed training programs to suit our business needs
  • Set up skills matrix for training programs required.
  • Suggest training time frames and implement
  • Work with IT and managers on resources required
  • Train staff to use LMS system.
Need to be pro active individuals, who can work autonomously without close supervision! 

This will be weekly paid and the rate will depend on exp. 

This role is an immediate start for the right person.
